Netricity Design: Central Florida Home Builders

Are you a new home builder in Central Florida (Daytona Beach, Palm Coast area although we can be flexible if you are willing to work remotely)? We would like to collaborate with you on our current web project at no cost to you!

We are constructing a *LOW COST web based 3D presentation web marketing project that is geared towards the new home construction industry to help with your online marketing programs and would like to provide this product to you at no cost. Are you still showing your potential home buyers basic line art drawings of a floor plan? This is the next generation of on-line new home marketing. People are looking for interactivity on your site and want the wow factor; so give it to them!

*low cost: We understand times are tight so we are looking in the sub $500.00 range for each home web marketing presentation when we get to that point. Right now, we are thinking it will be made up of an a la carte pricing model where you would only purchase what you needed/wanted but nothing has been finalized, we just wanted to give you an idea of what we were thinking. Again, this initial release/collaboration is at no cost or obligation to you.

What's the catch? We are looking to put these presentations into real world scenarios. This means we would like to take your homes and make 3D presentations for them that we will host on our website or yours. In exchange, we ask for you to link to the presentation from your website (if necessary); provide your feedback and pass along any feedback provided by your customers to help us shape this into a useful product.

We are looking to provide at least 3-5 free presentations for those interested. Please understand, we are looking to have an open dialog with you about what works and what does not work and how we can improve on the product. This is a new venture and there may be some "bumps" along the way. Please, only apply if you can fulfill this need.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

3D House Number These presentations are based on JAVA technology and will work on many modern browsers and even JAVA enabled smart phones and mobile devices. Browsers that do not come with JAVA already install only require a quick download.

The process is simple for you. Just give us the CAD file for the home and we convert it to a low-poly 3D model that we then insert into a web friendly presentation. Again, we can host if for you or your can upload it to your own site. We'll show you how to link it so your user will get the best experience possible.

This page provides a working demo of the proposed project. Right now, this demo is very limited in functionality because of software version limitations. We have many idea's to implement into these 3d web marketing presentations which are all possible with the upgraded version of the software however, it will take a considerable investment of resources and we want to make sure the basics of the demo are a viable solution before proceeding.

Some features that we would like to implement in the near future include but are not limited to:

  • Integration of the ever popular 360 photo virtual tours
  • 3D model interaction including removing the roof to view the floor plan, change the house color, pop up information, touch sensors, etc...
  • Virtual floor plan walk through similar to a first person video game
  • Dynamic vegetation
  • Mortgage calculator and other widgets
  • Downloadable and mobile versions
